Catrina is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor trained in power vinyasa yoga but is also a huge fan of sweating it out in Bootcamp-style workouts with body weight and free weights. She believes in the balance between an amazing zen-filled yoga class and a sweaty strength training session – you can have both a calm, clear mind and a strong, fit body. You will experience the peacefulness of a yoga practice and still sweat, laugh, and experience a shift in mind, body, spirit!.
