RUN.YOGA.BEER - San Diego

DETAILS:

  • Every Single Damn Thursday

  • Meet at Ocean Beach Pier 5:30pm

  • Run to Indie Yoga and start yoga at 6:50pm

  • Grab Drinks and Dinner at Raglan Public House at 8pm

  • We run about 4.5 miles

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Warm clothes- its usually quite cold after the run and you may get chilly during outdoor Yoga. Bring a sweatshirt and maybe even a blanket too to have during Yoga. 

  • Yoga Mat - Keep this in your car for the running portions and go grab it on your way from the run to Yoga.
