Meet at Ocean Beach Pier 5:30pm
Run to Indie Yoga and start yoga at 6:50pm
Grab Drinks and Dinner at Raglan Public House at 8pm
We run about 4.5 miles
WHAT TO BRING:
Warm clothes- its usually quite cold after the run and you may get chilly during outdoor Yoga. Bring a sweatshirt and maybe even a blanket too to have during Yoga.
Yoga Mat - Keep this in your car for the running portions and go grab it on your way from the run to Yoga.
WHERE TO PARK:
Look for parking around Raglan or Indie Yoga
