As of 1/31/16 we are now FULLY BOOKED. If more people are interested in going please let me know by Wednesday so I can contact Everyday California and see what we can do to set up another partial tour group. In that case we will dock at different times but will be meeting up with one another in the water. They have a total of 27 double kayak's at Everyday California so we need to give them a proper heads up if we will be needing more.
If you need to cancel your reservation, not a problem, just do so within 72 hours of February 14, 2016 so we can give someone else the chance to fill in the spot!
Thank you so much, looking forward to paddling out with you guys!
Right now! Gray Whales begin their annual migration from the coast of Alaska in October, bringing them past the beautiful shores of La Jolla from the end of November until the beginning of March. We’ve already had several successful Whale Watching tours with plenty of sightings. Lets go experience a most intimate experience with some of the most majestic mammals on the planet!
Also with El Nino they are swimming closer to the shores, last week they spotted 6 pods on Saturday and 7 on Sunday! With a group between 10-20 people 'Everyday California' has offered to set up a private tour for us so we wont have to worry about getting people on same tours.
They just ask that I give them a final attendance by the latest Monday, but I would like to see how many of us we can rally and give them somewhat of a number tomorrow.
With that we will also receive a large party discount which he quoted as a saving of around 33% so expect to pay anywhere between $30-$35 compared to the $45 original rate.
We will meet at 4976 Foothill Blvd and set up car pool from there! Reservation will be at 10:30 am so plan on meeting at
4976 Foothills Blvd at around 9-930.
