A Day in the Life of an SYB-er in Oahu
Every day we wake up early to the aroma of Hawaiian coffee in prep for our signature SYB bootcamps. Instead of military-style ass-kickings, we like to kick ass with games on the beach to earn our first grub of the day.  In fact, all the meals are totally guilt-free with our very own SALUD made organic protein smoothies, filling breakfasts, and vegetarian options that will have you channeling the Shaka.  We'll even have an all-vegan recipes and gluten free options, if you choose to participate.  We'll be cooking up the best treats that will keep you fueled and satisfied through all the day's activities...and the night's partying.

After our morning workout party, we chill out, brah. You can shotgun a beer or snorkel with the fishes right outside our house - or even both. 

Once we've caught our breath again, we head out to find the adventure. We have amazing guides and instructors who have the experience and humor to keep you safe, smiling, and sweaty.  

Don't worry, we didn't forget about our middle initial - YOGA! This is where everything we do during trip gets put into perspective.  With breathtaking sunsets after action-packed days, yoga is the perfect way to re-center and meditate on our gratitude and badass-ness.

ALSO, on our last trip to Oahu, a skydiver swiftly parachuted down onto the beach in front of our house while we were doing yoga...just sayin.
