Get sweaty and sexy in NYC!
With the holidays just around the corner, we thought it would be a good idea to get a crew together to workout and connect over a post sweat beverage.
What: 45 Minute Outdoor Bodyweight and Running Workout lead by SYB trainers, plus an optional beer mile finisher.
When: This Friday, November 17th 6-830pm ( Workout is 6pm - 7pm. Happy Hour 7pm - 830pm)
Where: Workout at the northern corner of the McCarren Park Track, near the corner of Lorimer and Driggs. Drinks to follow at Spritzenhaus33
What Do I Bring:
- Workout clothes (at this time weather should be 60*F and slightly cloudy)
- Running shoes
- Positive vibes
- a story from your most recent SYB trip
- 6-pack of lite beer (if partaking in the 650pm optional beer mile)
