SoulCycle Sweat

This is a 50 minute all levels class taught by SYB Founder Mantas Zvinas and SYB Senior Leader Aubrey Lauren. SoulCycle is rhythm based indoor cycling so get ready to dance, goof around, and of course break a sweat in the most fun way possible. Cycling shoes and water is included, there are showers and towels available - all you gotta do is show up at least 10 minutes early to get set up! All proceeds go directly to the SYBeInspired charity. Class will be at 19th Street SoulCycle in NYC at 2pm on Saturday October 22, 2022.
