Welcome to #SYBelize, where reef-blue water, jungle heat, and island nights collide into one ridiculously good week.
You’ll land in Belize City (BZE) by 2:00 PM. After that, it’s all SYB. We’ve got your puddle jumper flight handled, so you can kick back and watch the coastline turn into turquoise from above as we fly you straight to Ambergris Caye, our island home base.
Mornings start with SYB beach workouts and ocean air. Days are built for choosing your own adventure: snorkeling with turtles and rays, paddle boarding through mangroves, boat days to sandbars, and plenty of “how is this real” swim breaks.
Then the sun drops and the island turns on. Fresh ceviche. Rum cocktails. Beach hangs under the stars. Or a night out in San Pedro, where the streets feel like a party you accidentally joined and now you’re hosting.
Bring your swimsuits, your wild spirit, and your best beach energy. This trip is the perfect mix of thrill and chill, and the kind of week you’ll still be talking about a year from now. 🌴
GETTING THERE
Arrive at Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City by 2:00 PM on arrival day. We’ll have your included domestic flight arranged from BZE to San Pedro (SPR) on Ambergris Caye (quick flight, epic views).
Land after 2:00 PM? No stress. We’ll help you coordinate trusted alternatives so you still get to paradise.
COMING HOME
We’ll get you back to BZE the morning of departure. If you’re extending your stay, we’ll recommend easy transport and where to post up next.
Yes, travel and medical insurance is required. You must secure it before joining the program. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you accept full responsibility and agree to our cancellation policy.
To reserve your spot, a 20% deposit is required. This goes toward your total payment. The remaining balance is due six weeks before the program start date.
If you cancel more than 45 days before the program begins, you’ll receive trip credit that can be used toward any future SYB trip within 12 months.
If you cancel within 45 days, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
We do not offer refunds for any reason. Travel insurance helps protect your investment if anything unexpected happens. It’s worth it.
We’re headed to Ambergris Caye, Belize, a laid-back island with reef-blue water, coral gardens right offshore, and that golf-cart-only energy that drops your stress levels to zero. It’s the perfect place to unplug from the grind and plug into your sweat-fam in actual paradise.
Start: October 6, 2026 (BZE Airport)
End: October 11, 2026 (BZE Airport)
We will provide all meals except one dinner in town! And best new is, our private beach will have an open bar open for you from, let's say 11am? Yeah, that would be safe.
Get ready to eat a lot of lobster, fish and other seafood as Belize is best know for these! Of course we will acomodate all dietary needs, you're safe with us!
We’re taking over SunDiver, a laid-back, beachy 3-star spot in the best possible way. It’s centered around a pool, steps from a white-sand beach, and comes with an open bar, so yes, you are winning big time. Expect relaxed island comfort, prime location, and the full SYB takeover energy.
Yes. You can do scuba lessons and certification while you’re here, and the best part is the training starts right at our home base. You’ll do pool sessions first, then take it to the ocean when you’re ready. If getting certified has been on your bucket list, Belize is the place.
Yes, daily housekeeping is included to keep your room fresh and comfy all week. And yes, there is a bidet in every room so you can keep it classy, Italian-style.
Belize is generally safe for travelers, especially in tourist areas like San Pedro (Ambergris Caye) and Caye Caulker. The main things to watch out for are petty theft and scams, particularly in crowded areas or when withdrawing cash.
Our accommodations will have safes where you can store valuables, and we recommend leaving any important items locked up while we’re out exploring. That said, it’s best to pack light on flashy jewelry or expensive sneakers—sandals and good vibes are all you need in Belize!
As always, be aware of your surroundings, especially at night, and stick to well-lit, populated areas when heading out.
The local currency in Belize is the Belize Dollar (BZD), but U.S. Dollars (USD) are widely accepted at a standard exchange rate of $1 USD = $2 BZD. Many places list prices in both currencies, so be sure to confirm before paying.
We suggest bringing about $300 USD for casual expenses like drinks, snacks, and some meals (bring more if you want extra spending money!). For reference, the average price of an alcoholic drink is around $6 to $8 USD.
There are ATMs available in San Pedro and Caye Caulker, but they can sometimes run out of cash or charge high fees. If you plan to use an ATM, inform your bank before traveling to avoid card blocks and foreign transaction fees.
💡 Pro Tip: It’s best to withdraw some cash in your home country or bring small USD bills ($1s, $5s, $10s) for easier transactions. Most places take credit cards, but some smaller vendors prefer cash.
We highly recommend the morning workout, even if you feel like a lizard in the sun after last night.
Beach bootcamps and yoga are included, and they are the fastest way to bond with your new friends while getting your body and brain back online.
Expect fun coaching, good music, and the perfect balance of butt-kicking and soul-grounding.
Yes, and it is honestly the best way to do SYB.
Showing up solo means you arrive with a clean slate. No roles to play, no routines to fall into, just you stepping into a week built for adventure and connection. It can feel intimidating for about five minutes, and then you meet your people.
Most of our guests come solo, and by day one you will have a crew. By the end, it will feel like you have known them forever.
Yes. You can leave your phone in your bag and stay present while a professional photographer and videographer capture every moment. From sunrise workouts to beach adventures and late-night laughs, you’ll get high-quality content without lifting a finger.
And yes, it’s all included in your trip. Your post-trip photo dump is going to break the group chat.
This experience is included in trip fees.
This is a tropical island and jungle-style adventure, not a five-star luxury escape. That said, our home base is clean, comfortable, and dialed, with the kind of setting that makes you forget what your inbox looks like.
You will be in the tropics, so yes, nature shows up. Expect bugs. Keep doors closed. Shake out your shoes if you are the cautious type. You will be fine.
The week has optional structure that keeps the energy high: morning workouts, beach runs, sunset yoga, and fun fitness games, plus big group dinners, lively nights out, and plenty of dancing. You can go full send, or take it slow and relax when you want. Both are valid.
Bring an open mind and a sense of adventure, and Belize will do the rest. 🌴
