Out of Milwood Studios and through Venice Beach. Not a race, not timed, nobody gets left behind. If you can walk it, you can do it.

SurfYogaBeer was started by a Lithuanian kid out of New York. Once a year we bring that to Venice Beach: a 5K through the neighborhood, a Pilates flow to put you back together, and then the whole group heads to Lithuanian Days as one.
Last year forty nine people showed up and most of them did not know each other at the start line. That is the entire point. Second annual is October 10.
Out of Milwood Studios and through Venice Beach. Not a race, not timed, nobody gets left behind. If you can walk it, you can do it.

Back at Milwood for a flow that shakes the run out of your legs. Beginners more than welcome. You will feel it tomorrow and you will be glad you did it.

Everyone who runs gets the SYB x LT Days shirt. Wear it that afternoon and you walk into the festival already looking like you belong there. It also gets you half off your first beer at the festival.

This is the thing SYB does on six continents, run once a year on a Saturday morning in LA. Lithuanians, not Lithuanians, runners, and people who have not run since high school.

Milwood Studios, 940 Palms Blvd. Grab your shirt, say hello, leave your stuff.
Fifteen minutes to warm up together, then out for the 5K through Venice.
Back at the studio. Water, high fives, catch your breath.
A flow to shake the run out of your legs and open everything back up.
Home, shower, shirt on, and into Lithuanian Days with the same people.

Two of ours on the ground all morning. Find them at check in, they will know your name by the second mile.

Setting the pace up front and making sure nobody at the back is running on their own.

Camera in hand from check in to the last stretch. Every photo above is the kind of thing that lands in your inbox after.

The longest running Lithuanian festival in the world, and 2026 is the fortieth anniversary. Saturday October 10 and Sunday October 11, 11AM to 5PM, at St. Casimir Lithuanian Parish in Los Angeles. Food, music, dancing, and a few hundred people who will absolutely feed you.
Wear the shirt. That is the whole trick. You show up to a festival where everyone already knows somebody, and now you do too. It is also a coupon: wear it and your first beer at the festival is 50% off.
Festival tickets are sold separately by the organizers. Get LT Days tickets or see the full program at ltdays.com. The morning is our part, the rest of the day is theirs.
No ticket price, no cap, no timing chip. Just tell us you are coming so we bring enough shirts.
