Grounded Fire

Portland raised and SYB Academy trained (class of ‘24), Lizzie brings a calm that puts a room at ease, right before she cranks the energy up and asks you to go further than you thought you could. Off the mat, she’s the one who’s makes sure everyone’s exactly where the fun is, whether that’s leading a sunrise flow or getting the whole crew on the dance floor by midnight. Part spiritual leader, part hype woman, she’ll have you moving harder, laughing louder, and leaving the trip a little more open than when you arrived.
