💬QUICK ANSWERS.

Is September a good time to visit Croatia?

Yes. June and September are the sweet spots: great weather, a warm sea, fewer crowds and lower prices than July and August.

Is the sea warm enough to swim in September?

Yes. The Adriatic is comfortable for swimming from roughly June to September, and it is at its warmest from July to September, around the high 70s Fahrenheit.

Is Croatia crowded in September?

Less than in summer. July and August are the busiest and most expensive months, especially in Dubrovnik and on Hvar. In September the crowds thin out and prices drop.

When is SYB's Croatia trip in September?

September 4 to 10, 2027, over Labor Day. It is six nights at a beach resort on Lopud, a car free island a short boat ride from Dubrovnik.

How much does it cost?

From $2,950 per person in a shared twin room, $3,950 for a private room and $5,550 for a private suite. Flights are extra. A 20% deposit holds your spot and the balance is due six weeks before the trip.

Which airport do I fly into?

Dubrovnik (DBV). Land by 12pm on September 4. Gruz Port is 20 to 30 minutes away by taxi, and the SYB boat leaves from there at 1pm. On September 10 the boat is back in Dubrovnik by about 9:30am, so book your flight home for after 12pm.

Are meals and drinks included?

Six breakfasts and four dinners are included. Lunches and two dinners in town are on you. The bar is open at SYB's own parties: the welcome night, the theme party and the black tie finale. Drinks on nights out in town are not included.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Cancel more than 45 days before the trip starts and everything you have paid becomes trip credit, good toward any SYB trip within 12 months. Inside 45 days, payments are non-refundable. Travel and medical insurance is required.
