The fifth annual SYB Black Tie Gala takes over the Georgia Room in Flatiron. Champagne hour at eight, premium pours and specialty cocktails until they turn the lights on.

Around 200 alumni in one room, plus every leader and photographer you know from the trips, cameras out. Expect a lot of reunions and a lot of brand new friends. Never been on a trip? You are still welcome here.

Open bar all night. No drink tickets. No tab. No limits. Just no shots, sorry.

Everyone's racing. Nobody's doing it alone.

Everything's bigger in Texas, including the squad. We're taking over Dallas for the biggest Hyrox weekend of the year, and we're doing it the only way SYB knows how: together.

You bring the legs. We bring the four months of training, the accountability crew that won't let you ghost, the recovery that puts you back together, and a party bus that turns race day into the best night of your year.

Come solo, leave with a crew that's been in the pain cave with you. That's the whole point.

Between trips we run the same thing at home, just smaller and more often. Some are free, some are ticketed, all of them are the easiest way to meet the crew before you ever book a flight.

Run Club NYC, Central Park recovery runs, Venice Beach run and workout. Free, regular, and nobody gets dropped. Show up alone, leave with brunch plans.

Race Weekends

Hyrox, but with a crew. Months of training, a coach, a bus, and people who will not let you ghost the start line. Race day becomes a night out.
